　　I have been in this hospital as a nurse fot three mouths.I e

　　I can’t learn in school.What’s more,all my colleagues help m

　　e a lot and most the patients are kind and understand our wo

　　rk.Honestly to say,I feel very proud that I am a part of ou

　　r big family and I can do something I like very much at the

　　same time help others to go through difficulties.

　　ou are not only having excellent ability but also caring ou

　　r stuffs.And my dear colleagues,it is really my honour to wo

　　rk with you.You kindness and tolerance touched me a lot.

　　As a part of our hospital,I want to put forward some small s

　　uggestions which maybe good for our devolpment.Firstly,I thi

　　nk we can held some activities for our patients,such as outd

　　oor activities and parties.Because most our patients are lea

　　d a lonely life.Taking part in some activities may contribut

　　e a lot to their recovery and bridge the relation between ou

　　way to mark the brand of our hospital.
